With the development of the technology and more and more used on resource on earth,there are more and more incident take place in the mining area.So the key content of this article is design suitable method to identify the lithologic and wear online for the double catheters intelligent drilling machine from northern heavy industries.Firstly this article use the coal rock to do the compressive test to prove the coal rock mechanics characteristics which can prove that rock character is familiar with hard rock like sandstone,at the same time we can also get the influence about the rock anisotropy on energy used to broken rock.Besides,we can get the broken energy scope from the experiment which can be used in the next to compare the broken energy for the different rock and so that to indentify the character of the rock.Secondly this article analysis the variation of the drilling parameters and point out the concept of the remain efficiency which is ratio by real drilling speed and theory frilling speed.Use this concept can monitor the wear pattern of the drilling machine.This article use the laboratory bench drill to test the change of the wear and then use the ansys software to simulate the PDC wear status which can prove that PDC wear is familiar with bench drill.Next for the northern heavy industries drilling parameter which can be test online use these drilling parameters like axial pressure,rotate speed,drilling speed to calculate the energy used to broken rock.Then this article analysis the influence of depth on axial pressure and raise revised method about the axial pressure which can make the test result more accuracy.Then used the fractal theory to modify the formula then use this result to compare with the last broke coal rock energy which test by experiment.If this is large than test scope this rock is sandstone else if this is smaller than test scope this rock is soil.This method is used in test soft geological.At last this article introduce another identification method called applied acoustics identify rock character.With respect to the energy method is online test this method is offline test.This article use former scholar data to simulate and draw the identification picture to identify the rock character.Meanwhile this article point out the weak and use this method to draw the soft geological identification picture and prove this method can suitable use in soft geological.
