| This thesis contains mainly the preparation of four kinds Carbon Nanotubes supported nickel catalyst with in-situ modification and its application in the asymmetric hydrogenation of methyl acetoacetate and its derivatives. The influence of most factors on the optical yield on the hydrogenation reaction varying reduction catalyst temperature, the amount of tartaric acid and NaBr, additive (Na acetate, Acetic acid), the reaction temperature and solvent, the durability of the enantio-differentiating ability were systematically investigated. the enantio-differentiating ability in the asymmetric hydrogenation of methyl acetoacetate derivatives with the pre-Ni/MWCNTs-T catalyst was investigated. The conditions of the catalyst preparation and reaction were improved at the same time. The highest optical yield of 78% was achieved over the pre-Ni/MWCNTs-T catalyst under the optimal conditions(MeOH as solvent,18 mg TA,6 mg NaBr,,6 MPa H2,60℃), the optical yield of 62% was achieved after 16 runs. |
