β-cyclodextrins molecular appears to be a cutting side of a cone, and the molecules in every glucose units shows a regularly chair type conformation.β-cyclodextrins is made by seven glucose units, in which one of the hydrogen atoms in 2-,3,-6- hydroxyl of glucose group replaced by hydroxypropyl forms hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins (for short, HP-β-CD). Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins of this feature structure makes it have many special performance, it can form inclusion compound by molecular interactions between subject and object closure with range extremely extensive various objects, such as organic molecules, inorganic ions, complexes, aromatic compounds even inert gas. this method can controll release, shield active, protect functions, and widely used in medicine and food field. because of molecular size fit and space fit between the cavity and object, it can also be used in various isomers molecular recognition and preparation of separating materials etc.nowadays, people increasingly advocate natural products, just like rose essential oil since it has natural, low-toxic, aromatic pure features, in pursuit of environmental protection. In the household chemicals rose essential oil can be used into high-end perfume, shampoo, soap, scented, sachets, bath oil, and other series of cosmetics. Rose essential oil is also used into the deployment of high-grade tobacco flavor, food flavor and the wine flavor. Also it can be used for scenting tea. In recent years, rose essential oil has hotly used into aromatherapy, rose oil aromatherapy can play an role in the mind and spirit, an excitatory nerve to love. Rose essential oil known as the "Queen of essential oils", a long-term use will not only promote blood circulation, low blood pressure, low cholesterol, promote cell regeneration, Delay aging, activate the male hormone, improve skin texture, promote blood circulation and metabolism, but also play a role in deodorants, to add charm to the people. In short, more and more frequent application of rose essential oil were used into the food, cosmetics, tobacco, tea, aromatherapy, and also the medicine field. Rose essential oil is favored by the majority of people and has a very broad market prospects..This topic use hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins (HP-β-CD)with a inside hydrophilic cavity structure characteristics to embed rose essential oil in a aqueous solution complex method, . we investigated the process with average particle size for main index, particle size distribution coefficient (PDI) andζpotential for auxiliary indexes . By single factor experiment, inspects the influence of emulsifier types, emulsifying time, rose essential oil emulsifier mass ratio, solids content, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins rose essential oil mass ratio, magnetic stirring speed, system pH value and reaction time factors on the process. and we got the optimum experimental conditions for the single factor experiment: emulsifier as T-20, reaction time for 4h, magnetic stirring speed for 1000rpm, reaction system pH=8, emulsifier flavor mass ratio for 3, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins rose essential oil mass ratio for 1.5solids content for 2%. Which emulsifier flavor mass ratio, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins rose essential oil mass ratio and solids content had a higher influence on the process, so we choose they three as the three factors of the response surface method .We choose emulsifier flavor mass ratio, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins rose essential oil mass ratio and solids content as the three factors of Box - Behnken response surface design method , optimized the process further . and we got the optimum experimental conditions for: reaction time for 4h, magnetic stirring speed for 1000rpm, reaction system pH=8, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins rose essential oil mass ratio for 1.69, emulsifier for ethylene oxide dehydrate sorbitol single laurel acid ester (Tween - 20), emulsifier flavor mass ratio for 3.13, solids content for 1.5%. Its average particle size is 72.8 nm, particle size distribution coefficient is 0.127,ζpotential is- 12.60 mv. found to we found the deviation of real data and the theoretical data was no more than 10% Through verification.Then the microcapsule form, thermal stability, host-guest interaction and slow-releasing potential of rose flavour inclusion compound are studied by transmission electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer gas phase mass spectrometry instrument nanometer rose flavor of. The results showedthat the form of rose flavour inclusion compound appeared in 3 kinds: one kind is the pentagons section pattern, one kind is very well pellet form, one kind is irregular pellet form. Test Taking by thermogravimetric analyzer validatedof nanocapsule form, presumably rose flavour with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins combination way has two kinds: one kind is relatively loose, a more closely. And we found the thermal stability ofrose flavour inclusion compound is more steady than ordinary flavor, and the heat-resistant and slow-releasing potential of rose flavour inclusion compound are significantly better than the ordinary rose flavour.
