The organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt has antibacterial effect and can be used as an antibacterial agent.A series of studies have been conducted on in the world.Organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt with positive charge and pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria which has negatively charged on the surface.In this case,ammonium cations can be adsorbed on the surface of the bacteria so that neutralize positive and negative charge on the surface of the bacteria.Pathogenic microorganisms ultimate dead because of the permeability of the cell walls of pathogenic microorganism become changed and the result is cell rupture,bacterial enzymes in the body and metabolic product of cell wall both broken out.Organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt stored in nonaqueous solvents generally also can be diluted with water used as antibacterial agent.However,organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt in the water dilution will happen in the process of hydrolysis,hydrolysis of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt will appear in the process of polymerization conditions to form crystals.This kind of situation for silicone quaternary ammonium salt monomer is unable to avoid.It is known that the most effective way to prevent the polymerization of quaternary ammonium salt is compound or adding surfactant.Although quaternary ammonium salt is a surfactant itself,mixing with other surfactants can hinder the polymerization.Among the products of ZOONO(imported),there are tween 20 or tween 80 in the lady's antibacterial nursing liquid and other antibacterial nursing liquid,whose function is emulsifier.However,tween 20 and tween 80 are also surfactants,and whether this increases the stability of the product remains to be further studied.The organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt(SQ5700)is a domestic product produced by Li Jie Comnany.But the application is limited due to hydrolysis.In this experiment,the stability of SQ5700 aqueous solution was increased by adding stabilizer and preparing inclusion compound.In the first chapter,the situation and classification of antibacterial agents are summarized and the cyclodextrin,which can increase the stability.In the second chapter,the influence factor test is added on the original SQ5700 physical and chemical properties and the method for determination of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt content is established.In the third chapter,the stability of SQ5700 aqueous solution was enhanced by comparing the stability of four sugar alcohol stabilizers and erythritol was optimized as the stabilizer of SQ5700 aqueous solution.The method greatly enhanced the stability of SQ5700 aqueous solution.In chapter 4,the SQ5700 was encapsulated by saturated solution method with hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin(HP-?-CD).After the single factor experiments of wall-core ratio,stirring time,inclusion temperature and rotational speed were investigated.The three single factors of wall-core ratio,stirring time and inclusion temperature were selected as the three factors of box-behnken response surface method.The inclusion process was further optimized and the inclusion compound was characterized by DSC and FTIR.This method is more effective to enhance the stability of SQ5700 aqueous solution.In chapter 5,the antibacterial effects of ZOONO femme care and sanitiser,SQ5700-HP-?-CD aqueous solution were compared horizontally.
