The discharge of production wastewater in water treatment plants was bigger, accounting for about3%-10%of output water, the Production wastewater reclamation was provided with important economic and social benefits. Membrane technology, a kind of high efficient and safe water reuse technology, has shown the good result in recycle production waste of water treatment plants. Pilot test of hollow fiber submerged membrane filtration processed Production Wastewater was carried out in Jinan Quehua water treatment plants. Seasonal changes of water quality of production wastewater in all-day fluctuations was monitoring analyzed. This paper investigates the outlet water situation of the membrane directly handle reuse, powder activated carbon-micro filter combined technique and coagulation-micro filter combined technique of recycle Production Wastewater, PP,PVDF two different membrane materials of membrane on water plant wastewater treatment was compared. The membrane pollution prevention and control, optimization of process operation parameters are researched and explored.The main results and conclusions are as follows:Production wastewater was high algae, high turbidity, high organic pollutant, heavy meta lion water quality characteristics, the water quality was fluctuation index period and water quality was changed in seasonal.The effluent water quality of production wastewater dealt directly by Microfiltration membrane is good, effluent turbidity below0.2NTU, CODMn value less than3.0mg/L, ammonia nitrogen value generally lower than0.5mg/L, iron, manganese, water aluminum ion are all lower than the national standards for drinking water, not found the bacteria.Treatment effect of One-time intermittent dosing1.5g/L powder activated carbon (PAC)-micro filter combination process with production wastewater in water treatment plants is better than the way of continuity dosing PAC-micro filter combined technique of water. With the amount of coagulant increases, the increase of removal of solubility organic matter and small molecular ring aromatic organic by coagulation-micro filter combined technique is found. The increase of removal of potassium permanganate index and ammonia nitrogen removal is not found.The treatment recycling effect of the production wastewater in water treatment plants by PAC-micro filter combined technique and coagulation-micro filter combined technique is better than by microfiltration membrane directly process; the optimal efficiency for CODMn removal is Coagulation-micro filter combined technique, and the best way of soluble organic matter and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency is PAC-micro filter combined technique.Microfiltration membrane directly handle reuse plan:membrane out water was ascended to the front of waterworks coagulation pool mixed with raw water and recycled (?)again by the water treatment process. Coagulation-micro filter combined technique reuse plan: membrane out water was recycled by backflowing to traps. PAC-micro filter water recycle scheme combined technique, membrane out water could be recycled by backflowing to the clean water pond.
