In this paper, we study Chemostat competition model, the article is divided into three chapters. In chapter1, we give the research background of this paper and the introduction of chemo-stat model. In chapter2, we study a model of Beddington-DeAngelies chemostat involving two species of microorganism competing for two perfectly complementary growth-limiting nutrients and pulse input toxicant in the polluted environment was studied. Using Floquet theory and small amplitude perturbation method,a conclusion was that there existed global asymptotical stability. At the same time, the condition of the system permanence wad obtained. In chapter3, we study a change consumption rate chemostat model with impulsive diffusion and pulse input toxicant in the polluted environment was studied.Using the discrete dynamical system determined by the stroboscopic map.We obtain a microorganism-extinction periodic solution.further, using Floquet theory and small amplitude perturbation method,a conclusion was that there existed global asymptotical stability for periodic solution of microorganism-extinction periodic solution when the amount of impulsive period was larger than some critical value,or the discharge volume of toxicant was larger than some critical value. At the same time, the condition of the system permanence wad obtained. From the biological point of view, the method for protecting species is to improve the amount of impulsive period, and control the amount of toxicant input to the chemostat...
