Anions recognition and detection have been extensively used in chemical, catalysis,biological environmental, nutrition science areas, attention has been focused on anion recognition and detection especially during the latest10years, the reason is that the anion color sensor was used convenienced, highly efficient, quick detection and applicable, especially can be recognized directly with "naked eyes". In recently years, a variety of anion color sensor was designed and synthesized, but the receptor which has Brooker’s Merocyanine structure is rarely reported.The main contents in this research is that a new kind of fluoride color receptor4-((E)-2-[(4-phenol)vinyl]-1-allyl pyridine (referred to as HPEAP) was designed and synthesized,and then HPEAP was polymerized with different types of crosslinking, the recognition and detection ability about fluoride and new functional materials was researched. The detailed contents are described as follows::Chapter1is the literature reviews, in this part gives a brief account of the important role of fluoride in lives and life, the design principle and idea of fluoride color receptor; combined with fluoride structure type of action and style discussion the principles of design anion sensor, and briefly reviewed the literature in and abroad in recent years.Chapter2:Designed and synthesised the color sensor receptor HPEAP which contains Brooker’s Merocyanine and verified by1H-NMR、13C-NMR. UV-Vis was used to abserved different anion (including F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、AcO-、HSO4-、H2PO4-) in DMSO discovered that only F-and AcO-have response; the interaction between HPEAP and anionic (AcO-and F-) was reached through the UV-Vis absorption spectrum titration curve and Job plot, what we got is that HPEAP and F-or AcO-formed the1:1complex, and calculated the combined constant about HPEAP and F-; the binding sites which was determined by’H-NMR titration is the hydrogen in the hydroxyl and form a stable hydrogen bonding; The influence of water was also studied, when solvent DMSO contains the amount of water reached10%, the maximum absorption peak (580nm) highly dropped7times. HPEAP was used in waste water and toothpaste, the error is0.9%~7.2%compared with electricity detection, at last HPEAP was used to detect F-in the water surroundings and cab be "naked-eye" waste water which contains F-.Chapter3:Through the polymerization methods, a series of linear polymer was synthesized and studied the interaction between linear polymer and anions. The experiment results showed that the linear polymers have selectively recognition with F" and AcO-, UV-Vis was used to study the interaction between all linear copolymers with F-and calculated the binding constant, IR and1H-NMR titration was used to confirm CpH1MMA1and binding sites between CpH1MMA1and F-; To different linear polymer compared to be found the strongest F-selective polymer is CpH1MMA1, and CpH1MMA1was used to detect F" in toothpaste and wastewater, the error is2.7%-5.8%compared with electricity detection, at last receptor CpH1MMA1was used to detect F-in the water surroundings and showed color on filter which provided the widely using range.Chapter4:A series of cross-link polymer was synthesized through the polymerization methods and discusses the synthesis conditions. Use of UV-Vis was used to research the interaction with anions and the interference of F-between mixed anions (Cl-, Br-, I-, HSO4-, H2PO4-), the result shows that there is no interference whether anions joined or not; SEM, TG, BET was used to teste the sharp of CpH1T1and CpH1E1, the repeatability was also tested showed that this material can be repeated testing F-, CpH1T1and CpH1E1were all used to detect F-in the water surroundings and the error is less3.3%compared with electricity detection, at last CpH1T1and CpH1E1was used to "naked-eye" detection the wastewater which contains F-...
