In this article a complete set of technology will be developed to supplement industrialwater (recycling water) for the united iron and steel industry,which makes full use ofunconventional water such as the urban sewage,the industrial sewage and rainwaterrunning at a high concentration rate of4times as much as water. That is, the operationcontrol technology of circulating cooling water running at a high concentration rate forunconventional water resources. In combination with double membrane method for deeptreatment of reclaimed water recycling,the water quality shows the negative hardnessand corrosivity. Compounded with the synergistic effect among drugs and orthogonalexperiment design, an efficient and environmental friendly water treatment agent andwater treatment solution is put forward.Through the studies of the corrosion mitigationperformance, inhibitor performance, compatibility and performance of thermalstability, the agents show good water treatment performance.By means of the dynamic simulation test under the lab conditions, and thecomprehensive performance evaluation of agents through the bypass tests in the testingground, the research shows that the efficient environment friendly water treatment agentand the water treatment solution has a good water treatment effect. The dynamicsimulation test results show that when the concentration rate of test water reaches up tofour times, the corrosion rate of carbon steel is0.075mm/a, the adhesion rate ofsystem9.89mcm and the fouling heat resistance1.56×10-4m2·K/W. In the testingground the bypass monitoring test results show that the carbon steel corrosion rate is0.072mm/a, the adhesion rate9.93MCM and the heterotrophic bacteria less than1x105/mL.To realize the precision management of circulating cooling water system andreduce the human operation impact factors, we develop an intelligent controlsystem to match the water treatment solution.For circulating water system in operation at high concentration rate, its applicationenables the water quality to remain stable, agents adding accurate, and the controlmonitoring intelligent.The ultimate goal is to establish a comprehensive model project for cyclicutilization of water resources and pollution reduction based on unconventional wateras the only production water resources at the iron and steel enterprises.It can make theintegrated production waste water close to zero-discharge, and provide systematiccomplete technology and engineering model to use water efficiently and reduce pollution of the iron and steel enterprises in cities which are faced with severe watershortages.
