The waste-heat utilization technology of Coke oven flue gas is to recover the heat of250℃to280℃coke oven flue gas through heat recovery system, and the final160℃waste gas is discharged out. This technology, making waste profitable and compliantwith the circular economy planning, is a State-encouraging policy. The waste-hearunilization technology must be considered under the actual situation in differententerprise and the economic factors determine the final selection.Based on this company’s actual situation, the different process routes of flue gaswaste-heat utilization are studied from the process feasibility, implementation complexity,investment scale, efficiency and benefits, thus the final feasible report is implemented inthis company.The different waste-heat utilization processes of coke oven flue gas, such as for coalmoisture control, for by-producing steam and for heating demineralized water wereinvestigated in this work. A comprehensive analysis and comparison between differentprocessed were studied. From the process feasibility, operation cost, investment scale, andbenefits after operation, the reasonable technical planning and report were developed andthe implementation results were presented.
