Ventilation system is guarantee of a mine normal working,and the temperature of winter intake air also has serious influence to working schedule of coal mine.In our country'cold area,in order to guarantee normal working of underground workers and machineries,intake air needs to be heated.It not only consumes large amounts of energy,but also causes the environmental pollution.After referencing a number of other industries heat pipe recovery technology application instances,this paper bases on the theory of heat transfer,and combines with heat pipe waste heat technology,proposes the idea of construct coal mine return air waste heat recovery system. This paper makes a demonstration of this idea from both economic and technical feasibility respectively.Then the heat pipe parameters of heat-pipe heat transfer and other components of are calculated in detail, and layout of the air preheating chamber and workflow of waste heat recovery system workflow are described in detail.Ultimately the heat-pipe transfer of regular triangle of staggered tube bank is determined, the total number of heat pipes for heat-pipe heat transfer is 2530,the each row number of windward face is 58,the direction number of air current is 44.In order to better study the heat transfer effect of return air waste heat recovery system,and according to the fluid control equation,this subject uses FLUENT software to adopt segregated solver and the standard k-εturbulent model to simulate heat transfer effect of flow field. Through analyzing the simulation results,among the scope of the permitted error,when temperature is higher than -29℃,coal mine return air waste heat recovery can technically satisfy the requirement of preheating coal mine intake air.Finally, this paper accounting analysis the economic benefit of heat recovery system coal mine from recovery of annual net earnings and investment recovery in two aspects.Keep the system in compliance with relevant wellbore temperature into the wind,can meet the requirements for mine save certain economic expenditure,and can also play the role of energy saving and emission reduction.It has very deep significance for our mine's changing to intensive direction and the sustainable development of society.
