Shape is a very important quality index of plate and strip. Shape control is the keytechnology and high difficulty technology. At present,compared with internationaladvanced level,our country’s shape control technology is relatively backward in theoverall level. lack of advanced shape control mathematical model,The shape controlmathematical model research falling behind in technology development restricts theimprove of shape control technology.the key model of shape control is strip plasticdeformation model and elastic deformation of rolls model. For Sendzimir twenty highrolling mill,have many roll pressure, So that the roll shape model coefficient matrix withhigh rank,at the same time,the coupling iterations need hundreds of times,the calculationspeed is slow.At present,there are two ideas to improve the shape analysis model’scalculating speed;frist,change the two model’s coupling calculation method.second,changethe present elastic deformation of rolls model.Firstly,use the sendzimir twenty high rolling mill as the research object,the roll systemelastic deformation model based on the influence function method is established.andestablished strip plastic deformation ignoring the lateral spread rolling. the useof relaxation factor method is widely used in the two models arecoupled calculation.Thecalculation results show that the final calculation time exceeds100seconds,can not meetthe nedds of online calculation.Then use distribution of polynomial fitting the distribution of pressure betweenrolls,establised the roll system elastic deformation based on the fast influence functionmethod.calculation the roll pressure.Due to the rapid method, the roll system elasticdeformation’s coefficient matrix significantly decreased.The final calculation time is0.02seconds,calculation speed significantly improved.improved about50times.Reverse iteration method is a new coupling thought in this paper,use reverse iterationmethod coupling the roll system elastic deformation model and the strip plasticdeformation model,found the calculation results is well agreed with the traditionaliteration method.meanwhile the reverse iteration method’s speed is improved significantly,The final calculation time is0.2seconds,and the caculation result is stable and reliable,prove the rverse iteration method is practicality and reliability.
