In recent years, with the mature of flux-cored wire production technology and itsapplication in the shipbuilding industry, petroleum chemical industry, bridge engineeringand machinery manufacturing, High speed and good performance of flux-cored wireproduction line is particularly important.This paper mainly deeply to analyze welding wire barrel structure, the characteristicsof the packaging flux-cored wire using in product. From the Angle of the engineeringpractical, designed and developed based on the AC frequency conversion speed regulationsystem of flux-cored wire barrel filling machine. The main research results are as follows.Firstly, the paper introduces the basic principle of ac frequency conversion speedadjustment, analyzes the traditional parameters requirements in system, finalized systemwith AC frequency conversion speed regulation scheme, PLC system as a whole design ofcontrol system.Secondly, we give the hardware design of a machine barrel packaging of weldingwires. According to the requirement of the welding wire machine, determine thereasonable choice of motor in power drive systems. And according to the motorparameters, determine the frequency converter model.Finally, we design the part of the whole control system of the Man-machine interface.Man-machine interface configuration programming include the parameter setting, faultalarm and diagnosis, process monitoring, and a series of functions, the installation andmaintenance of the whole system is convenient and quick, pertinence huge advantage.
