Regarding the machining requirements of the nozzle contour of a diameter engine,in this paper.we studied CNC machining techniques on nozzles, and explored the CNCprogramming method on the paths of non-circular tools utilizing user’s macros.First we introduces the background of this study and the current development ofCNC machining tool path fitting at home and abroad.Second we study the ellipse and its equidistance line and build a mathematicalmodel of elliptic curve and its equi-step-distance angle by analyzing the deficiencies ofusual fitting method programming.Next, we discuss the CNC programming method on contours that consist ofellipses and their equi-distance lines using user’s macros, and give the generalmachining procedure.Finally, we design CNC machining macro programs based on typical engine partsto prove the correctness of our mathematical model and superiority of the macro.
