Heterocyclic compounds are an important class of organic compounds and havebeen applied in many areas, such as medicine, pestieide, functional materials, dyes andbiological fields. It’s important to study the synihesis of heterocyclic compounds.Recently, ionic liquid due to their special nature, such as high thermal stability, negligible vapor pressure, non-volatile, great solubility, recyclability and so on, haveattracted great attention in chemistry. In this dissertation, the synthesis of heterocycliccompounds in ionic liquids was studied based on requirements of the development ofgreen chemistry. The discourse includes five parts. In the first part, we introduce the current development and advantage of ionicliquids and multicomponent reaction, put forward the basis, significance and creativepoints for the selection of the subject. In the second part, the reaction of aldehyde,2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone andcyclic1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in ionic liquids [bmim]Br via three-componentreactions were studied. It provided a novel method for the synthesis of thebenzo[b]xanthene derivatives. In the third part, we synthesized a series of pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazolederivatives in ionic liquids [bmim]BF4by three-component reaction. The operationalsimplicity, green reaction media, as well as good to high yields make this procedure aninteresting approach. In the forth part, we introduced a series of benzopyrimidoquinoline deriveativeswere synthesized via three-component reactions of aldehyde,2-hydroxy-1,4-naphtho quinone and6-aminouracil with high yields. In the fifth part, we study the synthesis of naphthonaphthyridinone deriveatives viaaldehyde, naphthalen-2-amine and4-hydroxy-1H-pyridin-2-one in [bmim]BF4bythree-component reaction. This method has the advantages of high yield, simpleoperation and pollution-free.All the structures of above mentioned products were characterized by IR,1H NMR and HRMS. Furthermore, the structures of products21a-21q were also confirmed by13C NMR and their properties of UV and fluorescence were studied. all of the possiblereaction mechanisms were put forward.
