Vertical reciprocating puncture is the major movement of Needle-punching machine, a large textile machinery, are used to produce non-woven fabric. With the continuous development of the textile industry, the application of the non-woven fabric is more and more widely. So the development of Needle-punching machine is very rapidly.This article is focused on frames-modal and machine vibration of ZW-2361-370Needle-punching machine for a textile machinery company. Theoretical maximum work acupuncture frequency of this Needle-punching machine is1200thorn/min. But the actual maximum acupuncture frequency is1100thorn/min. Acupuncture institutions mainly consist of the spindles, eccentrics, needle plates, needle beams, stripping stencils, prop stencils, rocker-oriented devices. When the machine working, the vibration, including meshing vibration of the gear train, the vibrations caused by the motor, the vibration caused by drive shaft misalignment, the vibration caused by the inertia of needle board needling, the vibration caused by needling suffered load. But the largest source of vibration is vibration acupuncture movement. Under a lot of vibration and shock, frames will produce a large deformation ranging from the impact of acupuncture frequency, reducing production efficiency. Or will have a great impact on the accuracy of the assembly of the mechanical, such as the drive shaft bending eccentric fracture, bearing wear acceleration, increasing the mechanical failure of the possibilities and shorten the service life of machinery. When the machine is working, the spindle running vibration amplitude would be increased with the increasing of spindle speed. When it reaches a certain speed, the amplitude of the machine will reach a maximum, and will generate a resonance phenomenon. When the machine increases the speed it will produce a second, third resonance phenomenon. So we must try to avoid and reduce critical speed to reduce the impact of noise, vibration. Therefore, in the case of the machine can working, reduce vibration of acupuncture movement and other harmful vibrations, to control or reduce the vibration deformation of a machine effectively, for the improvement of the production efficiency, improve the competitiveness of their products, reduce noise pollution, extend the life of the machine to ensure that the lives and safety of workers is of great significance.The main methods are as follows: Theoretical part:First do mechanical theory analysis of frames, and then put the modal, which created by Pro/E, into ANSYS. After all do model analysis in ANSYS.The experiment part:Use a hammer experiment method to get the machine vibration signals at the test site. And then put the model of frames built by Pro/E into modal software, which developed by Dong hua Jiang su dynamic signal testing Limited company. Editor measurement information and signals corresponding to the final one to one in modal software, and then do modal experiments and analysis.According to the theory part and the experiment portion of the result to find out the weak points of frame, and put forward reasonable improvement scheme and handling precautions for the frames of Needle-punching machine.
