In2012Chinese total output of aquatic products will reach59.06million tons, ofwhich the aquaculture production43.05million tons, has the world in the first24yearsin a row.Factory farming mode of circulating water as the highest level ofindustrialization of farming mode is more and more attention and development, maincharacteristic is the breeding density, no harm to the environment, saving resources, isthe future direction in the development of aquaculture. The model is based onaquaculture water after purification recycling as the core, the water treatment system ismainly composed of micro filter, arc sieve, foam separator, aerobic biological filter,pure oxygen, water, sterilization, etc.Among them, water sterilization who focus ofwater treatment, it can kill harmful bacteria in aquaculture water, guarantee theaquaculture water clean, make the farming system in add less water to run normally.The factory in the circulating water aquaculture system in our country, most ofwater sterilization using potassium permanganate, chlorine dioxide bleaching powderand copper sulfate, such as drugs, although can kill harmful bacteria and viruses inwater, but the drugs themselves can be toxic, if a drug overdose or improper operation,residues of drugs can have harm to breeding biology. Because the ozone has strongoxidation, its sterilization ability,600-3000times that of chlorine, breakdown productsare some molecular oxygen, by-products non-toxic, no secondary pollution, there aremany other incomparable advantages, water purifying agent of ozone in factorycirculation aquaculture water treatment systems become more widely used.Due to the instability of ozone, the ozone is mixed with water and need specialequipment, and mixing equipment for ozone mixing effect is good or bad, directlyinvolves the ozone sterilization and the use of cost.This topic mainly through accordingto the theory of gas-liquid mixing design of a multilayer packed tower for the study ofdissolved ozone mixed, according to different kinds of packing and packing in the height of the condition, adjusting the gas liquid ratio test, it is concluded that ozonedissolved in water due to its high efficiency, improve the efficiency of ozone dissolution,study to explore a new type of aquaculture with ozone mixing method, in order topromote the application of ozone can be more effective and economic in industrialaquaculture industry.In multilayer packed tower design of experiment, using computer fluid dynamicssimulation, will test the gas-liquid ratio in the simulation, using the results of thesimulation validation of gas liquid ratio and improve the experiment. Make theexperiment design to achieve the optimal, save time and cost.This test in the design of new multilayer ozone mixing device, within a certainrange to increase height of packing, reduce the gas liquid ratio, to improve efficiency ofozone dissolution, use the new type packed tower choose pall ring as filler, ozonemixing effect is best. This experiment adopts the25mm diameter pall ring as filler, thefiller height is700mm, water flow is6m3/h, ozonation gas flow rate is0.1m3/h, thegas and liquid ratio of1/60, the water capacity of190m3/h· m2, in aqueous solution,the quality of ozone concentration is0.84mg/L, ozone dissolution efficiency up to78%.The packing layer through the support plate, weakened the common packing tower"wall flow effect" and "magnifying effect". Contact with bubbling tower reactor, ozonegas-liquid mixing pump and jet mixing and dissolving equipment, the device has simplestructure, small volume, easy to install and maintain, mixed characteristics of highefficiency and is not easy to jam, for the optimization of circulating water aquaculturewater treatment technology and system, improve the efficiency of ozone mixing andeconomy puts forward a feasible way of good indeed.Formed a set of design based on PLC and configuration monitoring software of theautomatic on-line monitoring system, the concentration of ozone in water by ozoneconcentration sensor automatic acquisition, form report to acquisition of data, thenimport EXCEL analysis processing. Automated data collection system to avoid theartificial sampling error, improve the automation level of such trials.
