At present,the sand mixing equipment widely used in oil and gas fields is the ground sand mixing truck,which has problems such as insufficient equipment and difficult maintenance.In order to solve the above problems,a ground spray liquid CO2 ground sand mixing device is designed in this paper.This device is based on the jet principle and can replace the ground sand mixing truck for ground sand mixing.The main research contents of this article are as follows:?1?Theoretical research on the basic principle of the sand mixing device,using the continuous equation,energy equation and Bernoulli equation and other methods,with the dimensionless parameters of the incident flow pump,to derive the basic equations about the jet pump.?2?A spray-type liquid CO2 ground sand mixing device is proposed,and the basic principle and connection method of the device are given,and the structural parameters of the sand mixing device are obtained by the analytical geometric method.?3?Use fluent software to perform three-dimensional simulation of the sand mixing device,and use the sand particle volume distribution on the outlet surface of the sand mixing device as the evaluation basis of the sand carrying effect to determine the optimal structure size parameters and optimal inlet condition parameters.?4?Design a set of experimental schemes to test the sand-carrying effect of the sand-mixing device,and take the sand-carrying capacity per unit time of the sand-mixing device as the evaluation index of sand-carrying effect,and conduct an experimental study on the actual sand-carrying effect of the sand-mixing device.The results were compared with the simulation results to study the factors affecting the sand carrying performance of the sand mixing device and explore the relevant laws of the sand carrying operation of the sand mixing device.
