The oil industry as the lifeblood of economic development, while the oil is non-renewable energy, so we must develop some new technologies to improve theefficiency of oil exploration process. In order to mastery the capacity of oil supplyreal time, To adopt reasonable oil production, the Working fluid level informationmust be collected, also, it can be preparation for the realization of digital oilfieldexploitation.In the process of traditional working level measurement method, by using the echo,recording the fluid level echo curve of artificially read coupling wave and fluid levelecho in record curve position, through the position relationship to calculate the depthof the liquid level, The method is of such a great human factors, of read error, and ofnot achieving real time continuous measurement. Meanwhile taking advantage of theecho is generally measured using explosive sound source, and no bullet firing bulletsor use instant release nitrogen bottle to produce high power sound source whoseapproach has a certain risk, so the sound source must be repeated several times tomeasure the bullet when loading orto nitrogen gas bottle, and can not operatecontinuously. For these deficiencies exist in the traditional measurement methods,the subject chooses electrically controlled gas explosion exploiting casing measuringinternal and external pressure to produce the sound source. The method is simplestructure, easy to control. It can be fired at any time based controller instructions, andachieve continuous automatic measurement.To achieve centralized monitoring and management for the information of eachwell of the parameters, fluid level data, designed a dynamic level of data collectiondevices, completed the hardware design, collect the data of fluid level and the wellcasing pressure and other information, By use of the remote data communicationtechnique, the packed data collected is send to remote control center by using theGPRS network. The centralized remote control center process the data of each well,thus reducing the burden on the data processing of data acquisition unit.This papers do technical feasibility analysis of using acoustic method in the well level measurements, proofs the viability of infrasound wave measurement. Also itmake a brief analysis of interference sources in the process of working levelmeasurement, the main interference is high frequency signals, this thesis design anFIR low pass filter to filter the high frequency noise of the signal. This paper alsofocuses on the fluid level data features. In order to identify the working level value,using wavelet transform method for multi scale level data analysis, it has obviousfrequency division property and noise elimination function, the working level data isdivided into low and high frequency part. The low frequency part are use fast Fouriertransform to obtain the fundamental fluid level in the location of the data, thencalculate the speed of sound propagation. The echo level, using wavelet denoisingand singularity detection, access the arrival time of working level echo to calculateout the liquid depth.
