The main work of this paper is the use of FTIR combined with chemometrics for common identification of Chinese herbal medicine.1.Selected the whole grass plants, euphorbia humifusa and japanese clover, ATR-FTIR method is used to determine the different origin of euphorbia humifusa through infrared spectrum, and also the fingerprint spectrum is analyzed, at the same time also the euphorbia humifusa and japanese clover in WengZhou region, with the Fourier self-deconvolution and cluster analysis method to compare and analyse, the result is consistent with the botanical classification results,which showed that Fourier self-deconvolution, cluster analysis based on the results of ATR-FTIR has a good classification effect for different genera of the whole grass Chinese traditional medicine euphorbia humifusa and japanese clover.2.Selected the root paints, Chinese parsnip root, ATR-FTIR method is used to determine the three years growth Chinese parsnip root, annual Chinese parsnip root and root propagation Chinese parsnip root through infrared spectrum, and the fingerprint spectrum is analyzed,with the discrete wavelet transform method (DWT) to analyse, the result is consistent with the botanical classification results,which showed that Fourier self-deconvolution and discrete wavelet transform method based on the results of ATR-FTIR has a good classification effect for root plants, the three years growth Chinese parsnip root,annual Chinese parsnip root and root propagation Chinese parsnip root3.Selected the seed plants, Schisandra and its counterfeit goods Smilax davidiana,Rosa cymosa and Kadsura, ATR-FTIR method is used to determine their infrared spectrum,with principal component analysis method to analyse, the result is consistent with the botanical classification results,which showed that,principal component analysis method based on the results of ATR-FTIR has a good classification effect for Schisandra and its counterfeit goods.4.Selected the tubers, Pinellia ternate and its counterfeit goods, ATR-FTIR method is used to determine their infrared spectrum, with the Fourier self-deconvolution and wavelet transform method (WT) to analyse, the result is consistent with the botanical classification results,which showed that Fourier self-deconvolution and wavelet transform method (WT) has a good classification effect for the tubers, Pinellia ternate and its counterfeit goods.5.Selected the seed plants, platycladi seeds, ATR-FTIR method is used to determine its infrared spectrum,with Common peak ratio variation peak ratio dual index sequence analysis method to analyse,results showed that Common peak ratio variation peak ratio dual index sequence analysis method has a good effecf to analyse the diversity of the same genera Chinese herbal medicine of different origin.
