As the development of technology and the cost of equipment changes, CNC isbecoming more and more open. Intelligent, networked CNC technology development isthe mainstream trends. Major CNC manufacturers have launched new system withnetwork interface. With These changes of CNC, DNC (Distributed Numerical Control)is becoming more and more popular.Based on the national electronic information industry development fund project,DNC server is designed to satisfy the actual production requirements, which includingdata acquisition server and workshop management server.As for data acquisition server, this paper focus on technology of communicationand multi-thread. For various types of CNC equipment, this paper presents a compatibleserial port and network interface equipment solution, plant many CNC manufacturersprocessing equipment. Define data format for machine status, Package collectioninterface provided by CNC manufacturer to get NC system status in real time, and saveto the database server. Design a flexible software framework for real-time status ofCNC.As for workshop management server, this paper dives into technology ofsimulation (OpenGL, WebGL), multi-thread. This paper achieves the efficiency analysisof workshop equipment, CNC machining simulation of the program, certificationmanagement, and file transfer.In order to addressing adaptation for mobile network, the paper implementedsystems providing Web browser version. The system has been applied to workshop,implementing cross-platform monitoring processes, graphical display of efficiency,processing tasks.
