In order tomake the system can reliable the overloaded work, in system analysis and design, using thehydraulic and electric control system to control, and focuses on analysis and design of minerescue vehicle hydraulic system, which circuit mainly includes the hydraulic pump controlcircuit, leg hydraulic control circuit, hydraulic crane boom control circuit (telescopic boom,luffing, rotation movement), lifting hydraulic control circuit, and analyzes and selection themain hydraulic components. In order to improve the rationality of the system design, makeanalysis and research of power matching for the designed system, the research contentincluding between engine and hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motormatching between sexual problems. Finally the analysis and design system of electriccontrol system, adopting programmable logic controller control, programming of controlprogram at the same time, and make a selection of the important electrical controlcomponents, then analyzes and summarize of the program.Based on the theory of mature technology of wheel crane, and make a appropriateimprovement and optimization in this basis, not only can ensure the reliability of its work,and can make it become the reliable mine rescue of the engineering machinery miningequipment, this research has a certain practical value for mine rescue, for the developmentof the mine rescue equipment has a certain guiding significance.
