In recent years,the number of mine disaster and death showed an decreasing trend.However,it will still bring great harm to the lives and property of the miners and the society once the accident happens.Therefore,it is still necessary to attach great importance to the safety of production and rescue work With the development of drilling technology,rapid vertical rescue mode is generated and applied.But rescue system that specifically for the vertical rescue is less at present,it is necessary to develop vertical rescue lifting system.It can not only consummate our existing rescue equipment,but also can quickly arrive at disaster area to rescue trapped miners in the accidentRescue capsule and derrick are important parts of vertical rescue lifting system.In this paper,the three-dimensional modeling of rescue capsule and derrick were completed based on UG software.Workbench ANSYS and ADAMS software were used to analyze the static and dynamic analysis of rescue capsule.The static and dynamic analysis of the derrick were carried out by using Workbench ANSYS.The color of rescue capsule and derrick was designed by using 3dMax software.The main contents are as follows(1)Through collecting relevant information and conducting research activities,completed vertical rescue process design.(2)Under the premise of the structure of the vertical rescue system clearly,the overall scheme design of the rescue capsule and the derrick was formulated.(3)Rescue capsule design:The strength analysis of rescue capsule model established by UG was carried out by using Workbench,verified it could meet the design requirements.The dynamic simulation was carried out by using ADAMS to the buffer capsule after pier tank,which verified that the buffer has good impact resistance.By using 3dMax software to carry out the color design of the rescue capsule,provided a good visual effect.(4)Derrick design:The derrick models of different dimensions were established by using UG software and ANSYS Workbench.The strength and buckling analysis of the derrick model were carried out by using Workbench ANSYS,showed that it could meet the design requirements.In the end,the color design of derrick was carried out by using 3dMax software.(5)Rescue capsule and derrick manufacture:Drew the 2D drawing of the rescue capsule and derrick separately,and carried on processing the manufacturing.(6)Rescue capsule and derrick test:The function test of rescue capsule was carried out,which proved that the rescue capsule can realize the designed function.The communication control test was carried out by connecting the rescue capsule with the lifting machine through the communication wire rope.It showed that the electronic control communication system and the equipment in the capsule have good communication control performance.This paper used ANSYS Workbench,ADAMS and other design software to complete the rescue capsule and derrick design that in the system of vertical rescue lifting system.It ensured the reliability of the design.The realization of design function is verified by experiment.This study not only provides a new type of rescue equipment for our country’s emergency rescue,but also provides the basis for further optimization of this kind of rescue equipment.
