China is a major energy consumer. With the raw coal output rising every year, coalmining equipment is moving towards high-speed and heavy-load. With the deepening of themining depth, roadway floor has become more and more loose. Recent years, many of thederailment accidents happened because of the rail deformation, which caused by high-speedand heavy-load tramcar and the loose rail floor. So it is necessary to study the vibrationregularity and the influence factors of the coupling vibration system of tramcar-railway-floor.(1) Simulation of coupling vibration regularity: First of all, the mechanical model of thesystem is established based on analyzing the structure of the system unit. Using theD’Alembert’s principle and vibration mechanics, mathematical model is established. Thencoupling vibration model has been achieved with the mathematical model being consolidatedinto matrix form. In the end, using the Newmark integral method, the results have beenobtained.(2) Experimental research on influence factors of the system: In order to study theinfluence factors of vertical vibration of tramcar-Railway System, the test bed of the systemwas built, and using it the experimental study was carried out. During the test, differentparameters of the rail wrong tooth size and speed and load was set up. This study providesevidence to set the speed and load at runtime. This paper lays a foundation for theoretical and experimental research of the couplingvibration system of tramcar-railway-floor, and achieves some results of mathematical model, simulation analysis and experimental research.
