The production of grapes is one of the five largest among fruits in China.Though the yield of fresh grapes is very high,but in the process of storage and transportation after harvesting,serious threshing and decay are often caused by mechanical damage.For this phenomenon,this paper,taking the JuFeng grape as the experimental material,studying the effect of drop impact and vibration fatigue accumulation on its physiological quality in the process of storage and transportation of the grape,using fruit stem tensile force,surface damage coefficient,skin strength and weight loss rate to reflect the cases of internal and external grape quality damage.(1)Dropping impact testThis paper uses a homemade drop test bench to conduct the test,creating 3D models and draw engineering drawings with ProE modeling software to produce a drop test bench.Though testing grapes at different heights under existing storage and transportation conditions,we can obtain the influence of drop height on the mechanical properties of the grapes.Under the same height,the test of different packaging of grapes was verified,and the influence of the new vibration-reducing packaging on the mechanical properties of grapes was obtained.(2)Vibration fatigue accumulation testThis paper uses the simulated transport vibration test bench and the six degree space vibration test stand to carry out the test,taking the way of racehorse vibration and random vibration,and simulating the effect of different packaging on the physiological quality of grapes under actual transport conditions.It is found that the weight loss rate of the new vibration damping package is 27.07% and 21.42% less than ordinary packaging,and the surface damage coefficient is reduced by 20.11% and 17.61%.The above studies can provide a theoretical basis for predicting grape quality changes,designing reasonable packaging methods and transportation methods.
