Underground coal mine fully mechanized working face is one of the main source ofproducing dust, the dust of governance is related to workers’ health and safety problems. This paper on the mechanism of dust formation and the current of fully mechanizedworking face of coal winning machine with internal and external spray dust system theanalysis of existing problems; And in14618fully mechanized coal face of a mine as theresearch object, based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow theory and spray dust, application Soildworks software established the physical model of fully mechanized workingface; By using the FLUENT software for its romantic and dust concentration distribution aresimulated; At the same time to the distribution of the dust concentration of fully mechanizedworking face field measurement. Through software simulation and measured data analysiswind and dust concentration distribution rule of fully mechanized working face.Secondly, analyses the spray atomization mechanism of the dust and the relatedinfluencing factors. Through contrastive analysis of the nozzle structure parameters usingspiral tooth type water nozzle water consumption and the atomizing effect is best; Throughthe analysis of the nature of fog particles and particle size, reach50-100um as the best catchdust diameter, and give the best working pressure and the relationship between the nozzlediameter. On the basis of the research, design a set of independent of coal winning machineinternal and external auxiliary automatic spray dust system spray system, and has carried onthe selection of its software and hardware and instructions. The system can realize linkagespray dust in the working face.
