One of the major hazards is dust which leads to mine explosion, it not only can affect the efficiency of coal mining, but also cause the dust explosion, lead workers suffering from lung disease, cause mechanical severe corrosion. The improvement of mechanical automation, the content of the dust concentration of fully mechanized working face increased, for effective improve safety coefficient and the fully mechanized working face of coal mine explosion dust efficiency, improve the mine under bad working environment, design a set of servo spray dust system of fully mechanized working face, the main source of producing dust spray dust of fully mechanized working face.This paper analyses the producing dust source of fully mechanized working face, the main of coal winning machine cutting coal producing dust, hydraulic support frame producing dust and coal caving dust, considering multiple factors that influence efficiency of dust and establishing the mathematical model of hydraulic support spray dust efficiency, to maximize the efficiency of dust as the objective function, optimizing the related parameters in the nozzle based on combining gradient descent algorithm and genetic algorithm, selecting each hardware device based on the spray dust system control methods and control points; system considers Siemens PLC as control core, building servo spray dust remote monitoring system of fully mechanized working face, adopted fuzzy PID control method to control the spray dust constant pressure water supply system; man-machine interface of touch screen real-time display all operation parameters of the spray dust system and equipment state, the system realized upper machine and lower machine real-time data interaction by industrial ethernet; PC uses configuration software to create real-time monitoring?control interface, realizes remote monitoring, control and real time warning of spray dust system, through the experiment study the servo spray dust system of fully mechanized working face.Through the simulation and experiment results indicate that the optimized cutting coal spray dust efficiency and moving frame/coal spray dust efficiency are 91.85% and 90.30% respectively based on the actual working condition, makes the nozzle effective layout, improve the efficiency of spray dust system; through the simulation analysis, fuzzy PID control of constant pressure water supply system response speed faster 5 s than PID control constant pressure water supply system, anti-interference ability of the fuzzy PID control of constant pressure water supply system can faster 33%, fuzzy PID can guarantee the stability of the constant pressure water supply, system run through the experiment's debugging, upper machine realize remote state control and data real time warning of spray dust system, and the system can keep the stable operation, following spray dust system dust efficiency can reach above 90%, following spray dust system improve the efficiency of dust and the extent of automation, meeting the requirements of actual working condition.
