Large-scale exploitation of coal resources plays an objective promoting role in thenational economic construction. However, geological hazards and environmental ecologicalproblems are also increasingly taking places because of this. For now, the resettlement ofvillages and villagers above mine goaf is permanent removal to avoid damages of mining areapeople’s life and property safety. There are a lot of people but a few lands in China. Removalis just a temporary solution. So it is not an effective way of land use for sustainabledevelopment. The recovery and governance of mine goaf under ground is an inevitable choice,and so is the development and utilization of lands above mine goaf, which must be carried outas soon as possible. Evaluating the Stability of the Surface above Mine Goaf is precondition.This paper is depended on the project of evaluating the stability of the surface abovemine goaf of the first phase of Dafosi coal mine. This paper analyses the data of the miningsurface movement observation above40108working layer of the first phase of Dafosi coalmine, concludes the laws of its surface movement and deformation, and calculates theimportant parameters of its surface subsidence basin.Then according to the data of other coal mining surface movement observation in ShanxiProvince, this paper summarizes critical influences on the range of surface subsidence basinand the duration of surface movement, and builds a regression model for prediction. At last, itcalculates the range of surface subsidence basin and the duration of surface movement of thefirst phase of Dafosi coal mine, and evaluates the stability of the surface.The main conclusion of this paper is the evaluation system of the stability of the surfaceabove goaf, including the range of surface subsidence basin and the duration of surfacemovement, which have been verified by evaluating the stability of the surface above minegoaf of the first phase of Dafosi coal mine. |
