Super-high-water material is a new kind of invention of underground fillingmaterials with characteristics like water volume of consolidation up to97%, goodfluidity of single slurry, rapid hardening and adjustable initial setting time andconsolidation strength. The filling process with Super-high-water material is simple,easy to organize and manage and low-cost. In the promotion process of its application,it will be faced with more complex geological conditions. This paper analyses thefilling method under the condition of prone-sloping mining aiming at the pronesection of working face of Dazhuang Coalmine.First is to analyses the influencing factors and relative control measures of stratamovement under the filling mining conditions through the study of the distribution ofsupport pressure and the law of overlying strata movement in the process of inclinedlongwall filling. The conclusion is overburden pressure and gravity of the filling bodyboth generate horizontal stress towards the coal wall. When moving forward thehydraulic support, the filling body solidifies incompletely and its exterior is notsupported, the instability of the filling body occurs easily under the horizontal stress.So the control of the filling body stability is the key to success of sloping mining.Second is to study the stability control of the filling body, establishing themechanical model of filling body, analysing the strength features and failuremechanism of the filling body of Super-high-water material. The stability of fillingbody is affected by mining operation, engineering geological conditions andphysical-mechanical properties of the filling body.The methods of controlling the stability of the filling body are proposed:improving the strength of filling material, the reasonable filling height and width,exerting external force etc.Finally, the sloping-filling mining practice with the Super-high-water material isconducted in Dazhuang coalmine using the above research outputs. This paperexpounds the challenges faced in sloping-filling mining and systematically analyzesthe use of Super-high-water material bag filling method, including the layout offilling-mining face, filling step and the selection of filling bag design etc., and theencountered problems and solutions in the practice. The good effects of this fillingmethod is proven through the analysis of surface subsidence observed datacorresponding the filling face. The success of the application of Super-high-water material in sloping mining is another significant progress in the advance of fillingmining, helping to solve the status of the exploration of coal resources under buildings,railways and waters in our country, and is of great significance to promoting thehealthy development of coal industry.
