In this paper,the Tianzhuang mine in Lin coal group is the test mine.In view of the deficiencies of the current super-high water materials and filling processes,by adjusting the composition of the material components,optimizing the formulation of admixtures,and analyzing the material properties.According to the material properties and filling and mining engineering requirements,the filling system is simplified,the filling process is optimized,industrial tests are conducted at the 1619 working face of the Tianzhuang mine,and the whole process of the filling effect and economic benefit is analyzed.First,according to the ratio of materials,a single factor test was conducted.Based on the data obtained and the on-site requirements,the scope of the admixtures for each admixture was determined Then,based on the results of single-factor tests,three-factor and three-level orthogonal tests were performed.The analysis data were selected by the range analysis method to determine the optimal ratio of the ultra-high water materials and test the performance of the samples.The material's seeping,consolidation body composition,micromorphology and Volumetric strain performance was analyzed,also the bulk consolidation test was carried out.Secondly,combining the material properties and the actual conditions of the 1619 test surface of Tianzhuang mine,design the filling system and process.A semi-continuous pulping and continuous pulping process is achieved by installing a simple configuration on the ground Through the application of PLC,the production automation of the filling slurry was realized,and a simple and efficient ground pulping system was built.Through proper piping layout,self-conveying of filled slurry is realized.By designing an efficient filling scheme for the working face,a simple and efficient filling process is formulated to achieve rapid recovery of the working face.Through the rational design of the cycle diagram of the pulping operation,the parallel operation of the upper water and the feeding,and the alternate operation of stirring and feeding,the efficiency of the pulping is improved.Thirdly,conduct industrial tests and the results show: The filling slurry has high density of filling body and good top effect.The surface subsidence is within the grade I damage and has no influence on the surface buildings.It has produced high economic benefits,and has realized the green exploitation of coal resources,and has formed the super high water material filling mining technology system.
