The coal quality of Yi’Luo36021fully mechanized caving face was broken andloose, the Phenomenon of Spallingand roof fall always occur during coal mining andit seriously affects the safe and efficient.In order to strengthen the stability ofsurrounding rock,this paper systematicallyanalysis the law of enhancing thesurrounding rock stability through injection and injection process parameters by usingmine pressure theory,numerical simulation methodsand so on.Finally,it has made thefollowing research achievement:(1)Study the mechanismto enhance the stabilityof soft coal wall by injection,establish the percolation differential equation and determine the boundaryconditions.That "class soil" concept of the coal and expounded the theory to enhancethe stabilityof soft coal wall by using soil mechanics.(2)Through laboratory test, we got the raw water of coal, rugged coefficient andpermeability coefficient, to lay the foundation for the theoretical analysis and designof injection parameters.(3)Analysis the variation of the stress and straininfluence by pore water pressureand injection scope,obtaine that after injection, the bearing pressure in front of thecoal wall shift to deep,relief and plastic zones area increased and compressivedeformation of coal increased too.They all will help to improve the coal wall stress,and enhance the stability of the coal wall.(4)Analysis the variation of wetting radius over time under different injectionpressure,and as a basis,proposed the reasonable network parameters and process ofYi’Luo mine.
