Taking a composite structure of steel plate and concrete in mine shaft sidewallby explosion and partial damage of the phenomenon as the background. Takinginto account the applications of the composite structure in future in other fields.Apply analysis method of stress wave theory and ANSYS/LS-DYNA finiteelement numerical simulation software. Analysis of the formation of the stresswave, attenuation law in layered media, law of reflection and transmission and theenergy transfer law of stress wave. Made a comprehensive simulation analysis ofthe basic composite structural model from six aspects of the explosive charge,thickness of plate, thickness of concrete, concrete strength, and the distance toexplosion source and shape of the kits. Get the variation of stress waves, stress,tensile stress and particle velocity under different factors. Study on the law ofdamage rule under blast loading guide shaft sidewall based on the analysis resultsof basic model. Made a comprehensive simulation analysis of the shaft wall modelfrom four aspects of the explosive charge, thickness of plate, concrete strength, andthe angle between the plate. Get the variation of stress waves, tensile stress andparticle velocity under different factors. Combined with the destructiondetermination method of the stress and particle velocity to determine the form of acombination of optimized structure:15mm thickness of plate, C85concretestrength,40°angle between the plate, which plays a good effect, and givesmethods of the optimized structure in engineering applications.
