The management of CBM extraction is an important part in the process of CBMdevelopment, directly affect the stability and continuity of CBM production. Themanagement of CBM extraction is major to determine the drainage system, this is tosay to determine the type of CBM methane mining equipment and its work parameters.Different geological conditions and different production stages need different drainagesystem. In practical production, by predicting the largest water rate of CBM wellsproduced, also comprehensively consider the geological data of CBM wells, workersdecide the CBM mining equipment selection; the workers are also trying to constantlyadjust the work parameters by artificially analysis the change of the curve for gas data,water data, casing pressure and liquid level, eventually determine the appropriatedrainage system. In the large areas, the means of CBM drainage is in low workingefficiency and need to a lot of manpower and material resources.According to the actual production status, this thesis presented a means of fuzzyinference based on similarity which is used in mining equipment scheduling anddecision, and also developed the system in computer. The factors of which affect theCBM mining equipment selection and the equipment working parameters includesgeological data(the coal seam depth, coal seam roof, coal seam buried depth, bottomelevation)and production data(gas production data, water production data, casingpressure, dynamic liquid level). In this thesis, through the analysis of the CBM wellsproduction in a day, find out the typical curve of the CBM wells, and consider it as atypical case, then store the geological information, extraction data and miningequipment information in the case base. Then determine the calculation formula forthe factors similarity, because the extraction data is a time series data, the thesis usethe mean of adaptive piecewise linear model to extract the characteristic data of curve ofextraction data to instead of the original series data, implement the data dimensionreduction processing, thus we can store the case and calculate similarity more easily;then using the means of Analytic Hierarchy Process to weight the factors, finally bythe similarity and weight of factors, we can get the case similarity. At last, we can finda typical CBM well which is the most similar to the studied CBM well, the typicalCBM well’s equipment information can guide us to make scheduling and decision forthe studied CBM well. In addition, the thesis used the means of trajectory analysis toanalyze the spatial distribution of CBM production and the trajectory of the CBM wells, the result can provides a certain suggestions for the subsequent extraction ofCBM.
