A Study Of Optimization And Adjustment Of China’s Energy Consumption Structure Based On Low-carbon Target

By analyzing China’s features of energy consumption structure, economy andcarbon dioxide emission as well as a large sum of practical materials this dissertationconcludes that China’s highly developing economy largely relies on the energyinvestment at the present stage. It studies the national bounded targets of energysaving and pollution discharge reduction and the main pollutants emission reductionin order to reinforce the comprehensive decision-making systems on energy,environment and economy and realize the sustainable development target of Chinaeconomic society.Applying literature research method, cointegration analysis, gray relationalanalysis grade method, multi-objective optimization, scenario analysis, study China’senergy consumption structure from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative. Itmakes horizontal and vertical comparison and analysis on the China’s energyconsumption structure. Analyze the relationship among China’s energy consumptionstructure, economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions by using cointegrationanalysis method.Then, using the grey correlation analysis to analyze the various factorsinfluencing China’s energy consumption structure and compare their strength of thecorrelation degree with the energy consumption structure, and conclude that therelationship between Social investment in fixed assets and energy consumptionstructure is the strongest. This conclusion provides reference for energy consumptionstructure optimization and constraint set.On the basis of borrowing ideas from research on coordination at home andabroad, and considering carbon emission factors, using multi-objective optimizationmethod to build the energy consumption structure optimization model. Then, set thevalues of total energy consumption of various regional, co2emissions and energyconsumption ratio in2020with scenario analysis method, and analysis of the changeson regional energy consumption structure in China in2020. Then, set the values ofChina’s medium and long term total energy consumption, co2emissions and energyconsumption ratio, and analysis of the changes on China’s future energy consumptionstructure.
