Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the international community has become increasingly concernedabout the problem of global climate change, research on climate change is graduallybecoming popular in the world together. The United Nations Intergovernmental Panelon Climate Change (IPCC) gives a report indicating that the main reason for theextraordinary global climate change is the world ’s growing greenhouse gases (carbondioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur compounds, such as methane) emissions volume, which play a major role in the impact of climate change is carbon dioxide emissions.Since entering the21st century, with China’s accession to the WTO, continues topromote industrialization, urbanization, marketization and economic globalizationprocess which occurs over energy demand growth. The international community isfacing political pressure to reduce carbon emissions, energy conservation in order tobecome an urgent matter of national economic development.2009on the eve of theCopenhagen climate summit, the Chinese government proposed to control greenhousegas emissions targets, namely to win in2020, so that the carbon intensity of GDP by40%-45%compared to2005. As a low-carbon pilot provinces of Yunnan, one of thehigh speed necessary to meet its own economic growth, but also to achieve theemission reduction targets under the country ’s energy needs. Therefore, choosing theright model to optimize the energy consumption structure in Yunnan optimize seemedimminent. This paper begins with the theoretical analysis, this paper introduces the theoryof structural optimization of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, andadd some analysis focuses on technology in resource and energy conservationproblems. Secondly, through the years of1981-2012data Yunnan GDP energyconsumption and processing, to establish a relationship model between GDP andenergy consumption, and Yunnan Province in2020and forecast energy consumptionas well as Yunnan Province of carbon dioxide emissions in2005were estimated toprovide data support for the analysis below. Finally, the above analysis and data to support the theory, based on the analysis of Yunnan Province, to build energyconsumption structure optimization model carbon grips, and Yunnan Province in2020to optimize the energy consumption structure analysis. Results are as follows:(1) used as a method to figure the whole region of Yunnan structural optimizationof energy consumption and emission factors for low-carbon energy seen as0, Yunnan2020reduced by40%-45%to achieve the goal of national carbon dioxide emissionsintensity, low-carbon proportion (zero carbon) energy needs total energyconsumption accounted for43.57%-49.54%.(2)used as a method for the case of Figure Yunnan sub-region were analyzed forcarbon emissions and the entire region, with low emission factors Region1andRegion2emission factor to high to pay for emission zone3.(3)Act as a table area of Yunnan Province as a whole structure optimization ofenergy consumption and carbon emission factor of energy is not seen as a case of0,Yunnan Province in2020to achieve national emission reduction targets low-and zero-carbon energy was (21.92×105TJ,3.8×105TJ); and get introduced CCS technologyto reduce emissions under the number needed to52.73×106t used diagram.
