High pressure pulse water hammer device is the impact equipment which canmake the water in the pipeline generates pressure fluctuation. Its appearance enricheswater infusion technical means in solving hard injection coal problems of low gaspermeability coefficient and high seam gas pressure. It brings better social andeconomic benefits to coal industry. The mechanical properties of pulse waterhammer is affected by many factors, including quality of the piston and the mainspring, each of them has great influence on the maximum output pressure of waterhammer system. The task of this paper is to combine with the impact of two factorson water hammer system in theory and sum up the influence.Firstly, the research situation of coal seam water infusion technology wasintroduced, this paper presented the use of high pressure pulse water hammer devicehas great potential in seam water infusion. The primary task of this paper is to studyon the maximum output pressure of water hammer.Secondly, using different equation to analysis the work principle and establishthe high-pressure pulse water hammer model system. Removing the minimum termbasing on the output equations of the water hammer system to find out the trend ofthe output prediction of the system influenced by the inherent frequency of thesystem. At the same time, the maximum output pressure of the system influenced bythe plunger and the main spring also be found.Finally, the output pressure through detailed experiments were measuredthrough different plunger and spring, get the highest output pressure of the systemunder corresponding condition. The influence of the inherent frequency of thesystem to the peak output pressure also be found, compare those dates with thetheoretical analysis to verify the theoretical analysis accuracy. As a result, this canprovides some reference for the future research and design.
