Jilin province is at the important development stage of industrialization andurbanization, the demand for energy is huge. In low carbon economy development, shalltake effective measures to reduce carbon emissions, active bear task for China’s carbondioxide emissions. Study the volatility of carbon emissions and carbon reduction path ofjilin province has important theoretical and realistic significance. Jilin province in orderto achieve the strategic goal must therefore fluctuations on carbon emissions and carbonreduction path for further research. To cut carbon emissions, first need to figure outwhat are the factors that affect carbon emissions, through what way carbon emissions.This article first to the jilin province and the national carbon emissions fromaccounting and per capita carbon emissions and carbon intensity, industry differences ofcarbon emissions make comparative analysis of three aspects. Then using decouplingmodel analyzed the energy consumption and economic growth in jilin province on thefluctuation of carbon emissions, and thus build the simplified3e econometric model,analyzed the relations between and among, preliminary by energy consumption andeconomic growth are the factors affecting carbon emissions. Then on this basis, researchof jilin carbon emissions influence factors using factor analysis method, and get thethree factors of carbon emissions: energy consumption intensity factor, factor ofeconomic development, energy structure factor. Research from the perspective ofstatistical methods to analyze the influence factors of carbon emissions, is differentfrom the past from the perspective of mathematical analysis. Finally, carbon emissionsfactors of jilin province in2012industries decomposition, and the comparative analysison the differences of various industries. Decomposed into energy emissions intensity,the intensity of energy consumption、economic structure、 economic development andpopulation. Then choose one of the representative industry, analysis of its carbonemissions influence factors, industry difference analysis and further refinement of theeffects of carbon emissions in the concrete industry. Through the analysis of the former two parts the internal path of jilin carbon reduction is to reduce the energy consumptionintensity, optimize the economic structure and energy structure. External path is acarbon tax and the establishment of a carbon trading market.According to the analysis conclusion, this paper puts forward policy Suggestionsand encourage carbon reduction technology innovation, by improving the technicallevel, reduce the carbon intensity to reduce carbon emissions is one of the most feasible,at the same time, technological progress has a cumulative effect, the technologicalprogress of carbon emissions is stable increase. To promote clean energy, improveenergy structure, the introduction of a carbon tax and carbon trading market mechanism,continue to accelerate the transformation of industrial structure, promote thedevelopment of the third industry, in order to achieve the purpose of the carbon dioxideemission reduction and stable economic development.
