The sharp increase of carbon dioxide has caused the global warming, and has posed a threat to the living environment of mankind. Therefore, how to control the emission of carbon dioxide has become an important environmental issue at home and abroad? As one of the domestic low-carbon pilot provinces,Yunnan province is in a critical period of industrial development, research on the problem of decoupling Yunnan Province Economic Growth and carbon emissions, which is a great significance to analyze the sustainable development of Yunnan province low carbon transition path on Yunnan's economy. This research based on carbon emissions from energy consumption in the scope of accounting and accounting methods, the status of carbon emissions in Yunnan province were estimated, and the decoupling of economic development in Yunnan province and carbon emissions were analyzed.Using the Tapio model analysis the decoupling state of energy consumption carbon emissions and economic development of Yunnan province in 2001-2015.Using LMDI model to change the amount of carbon emission factor decomposition, analysis of economic development, energy structure, energy intensity, the influence degree of population size effect on changes in carbon emissions, and construct the decoupling effort model.Evaluation index of Yunnan province to use decoupling decoupling to state, analysis of various factors on carbon emissions in Yunnan province. The decoupling driving force to achieve economic development and carbon emissions decoupling put forward the corresponding policy recommendations of Yunnan Province,Yunnan province launched a low carbon transition path to provide policy reference. The results showed as follows.(1)2004-2006 in Yunnan Province, carbon emissions and economic development is in the expansionary negative decoupling state,in 2008,2013-2015is a strong decoupling state;if the rest of the year is decoupling.(2)the affecting factors in spreading emissions change in quantity, economic development is the main contribution of two carbon dioxide emissions the factors that increase the energy intensity,is an important force to contribute to the mitigation of carbon dioxide emissions, the population size is always the contributing factors of carbon dioxide emissions growth, the energy structure factors of greater volatility contributed to the increase in carbon dioxide emissions.(3)carbon emissions and economic development of Yunnan province in 2001-2015state decoupling effort is:2002-2006 is not to do from 2008,2013-2015;strong decoupling effort, the remaining year is weak decoupling state.Efforts from the perspective of the decoupling effort contribution contribution to energy intensity, decoupling The effect is the largest, followed by the energy consumption structure, and the population size effect is the reverse effect of decoupling efforts.
