With the strategy of national energy shifts to the Northwest and development of large-scale mine, the Shallow thick seam mining capacity will sharply increase. Problem for the special mining pressure is prominent day by day. such as the end-mining pressure control, the law of the gully terrain on the dynamic strata pressure,which is a serious threat to mine safety and high efficient production. Though there are some research results, so far, there are still some problems to be resolved far, especially in shallow coal mining pressure control technology and theoretical studies. In this paper, the engineering background is based ongeological data of HuoLuoWan coal mine, and we analyzes and resolve some problems existed in the production process in working face22202. The main works is as follows:(1)Through the measured pressure data and the theoretical analysis and calculation: the main roof first weighting step is39m after implement the forced caving measures, the periodic weighting step8-12m; in general the pressure is small, is big in the end and small in the middle. the middle part pressure is about1000kN between periodic and normal.(2)It has not been in-depth study and efficiently solve in the boreholes position select at primary mining, still greatly depends on the use of first-line technical staff to experience. In order to strengthen the effect of forced caving, the application method has theory to support and widely used, through theory analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation, by comparing the influence to first weighting step and mining pressure of different hole positions. When the distance between the holes and side is2m, the first weighting step is the shortest. Also find the hole for half of O shape, achieve the best effect.(3)By using FLAC3D simulation the stress and displacement in ending mining under the condition of different mining height. Combined with the theoretical analysis and the actual conditions to calculation the effect by mining height to the mine pressure, determine the reasonable mining height is3.6m. Based on it, use the yield mining to guide the ending mining production, form the mine pressure control technology at ending mining. (4)Study the law of mine pressure under the condition of gully terrain by methods of the FLAC3D simulation the stress and displacement, field measurement of the ground settlement and theoretical a nalysis.and then study the mechanism of the mine pressure mechanism generation, put forward relevant control measures, form the mine pressure control technology at the special topography.The hole location selection and shape of forced caving at primary mining, section mining height and use yield mining principle at the ending minging, study gully terrain mine pressure mechanism and take prevention measures, achieve the large mining height mine pressure control technology under the condition of shallow seam, for guiding engineering practice.
