The last decade in our country, Comprehensive caving mining technology are evolving,But most of the results of the study focused on general mechanized caving and thick seam fully mechanized coal caving. It is fewer on the thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face.Based on previous research results.Through the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field measurement and variety of research methods, research and analysis of large thick coal caving mining face in high comprehensive caving process parameters and its system reliability calculation.First, applying flac3d software to simulate results of force field distribution, the distribution of shear stress field, displacement distribution, plasticity field distribution, when changing the mining height. Applying PDF software to numerical simulation and analysis for coal caving Parameters. Simulation result showing that4m height is the relatively reasonable when cutting coal, In order to improve recovery, you can use several rounds of sequential multi-port caving interval. Secondly, supporting and selecting "three machine" for Longgu mine2301high mining height face. Finally,by surveying the Production, feed, fault, operation rate about Longgu2301mine face.Through the system reliability and maintainability function theory to calculate reliability. In the working face, the weakest link is transportation system, including post scraper, crusher, loader peace lane transports. Research shows that increasing the levels of production systems2301face has considerable potential reliability, reducing the failure rate of the transport system face and increasing the bottom coal and the capacity of district bunker, are effective ways to increase the reliability for production systems.
