Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)is a material analysis method,whichbased on Raman spectroscopy.Recently,It is widely used on chemical/biologicalsensor,single molecule detection,biomedical detection,etc.because of its characteristicsof high sensitivity.Despite its wide application,SERS also has exposeed itsdefects.Although SERS can be used in the detection of low concentration solution,it iseasliy influenced by impurities in surroundings on account of the low selectivity of thesubstrate.The consequence of these defects have restricted the development of SERS.In order to improve the selectivety of SERS,we combined SERS with a proventechnique namely molecule imprinting technology(MIT).MIT is a kind of separationtechnology,which on the purpose of fabricating molecule imprinting polymers(MIPs). Itis supposed that the MIPs shows high recognition and strong adsorption.Thecombination of MIPs and SERS substrate creat a new pathway to high sensitivity andhigh selectivity of the material analysis.In our research,we firstly used HEPES reduction method for producing AuNPs andAuNFs.These two kind of nanoparticle have different features,which can bedistinguished through a variety of analytical insrtuments characterization. We studiedthe grownth process of gold nanopaticles,and the SERS performance of different Aunanoparticles.Then we chose AuNPs as substrate.After surface-silane-grafting,there aremany active groups in the surface of AuNPs. That means AuNPs have already turned tobe Au/MPs.At last,by using the method of molecularly imprinted polymerization,we getthe Au-MIPs with Rhodanmine B as template molecule.A variety of characterizationmethods is used in analyzing the structure of Au-MIPs.The adsorption performanceand SERS perfomance of Au-MIPs is studied,expecially.The experimental data shows that Au-MIPs which produced by AuNPs substratepossessing spectacular selective absorption performance,and its maximum adsorptionreaches10.41mg/g.In SERS detection,we take Rodamine B as template molecule, whileAu-MIPs shows favourable SERS sensitivity.The concentration limit reaches10-10mol/L.
