Nitrogen oxide is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere, its emissions willcause the problem of environmental pollution, a series of toxicity to human, endangerhuman health, damage the ecological environment of the earth.. In the atmosphericpollutants, nitrogen oxide combustion sources more than90%of the coal, oil, naturalgas and other fuels, including70%from the combustion of coal, and coal for powergeneration units in China accounted for70%of national coal combustion. With thecontinuous expansion of coal-fired boiler, coal consumption increased significantly,nitrogen oxides will cause serious harm to the Chinese environment. Therefore,research on thermal power plant put into operation, operation effect of atmosphericpollutant treatment device is particularly important, related to the quality ofatmospheric environment in our country overall.With Emission standard of air pollutants for fossil power plants(GB13223-2011) have approached or reached the developed country and area release, putsforward higher requirement for the construction and operation of the thermal powerplant emissions of NOx, NOx emission standard is improved from450~650mg/m3to100~200mg/m3. For new units, requires more high effective flue gas denitrationdevice constructed at the same time. For operation of units required in the newstandards promulgated after two and a half years to achieve the discharge standardthrough denitrification transformation. No matter what kind of units, the operationalefficiency of flue gas denitrification device will be a great test after operation.The research content mainly through the survey of the existing units, engineeringrelated content denitrification facilities operation effect, indicating that the currentunit in the reserved denitration device off or not denitrification efficiency is too low tomeet the new standard under the condition of NOx emission requirements.Through the rrbuilt, future extension construction unit related engineering survey,boiler parameters and Coal composition data, denitrification and the newly builtcommissioned acceptance unit operation during monitoring, the coal compositionanalysis, NOx acceptance monitoring data and other content, combined with theremoval of denitrification system problems, related knowledge and reference ofdenitration denitration device operation theory and other related content, illustrated byefficient denitrification process can be achieved NOx in the new standard of dischargestandards, and to provide reference for revamping of existing units denitration.
