Up to now,thermal power generation is still the main force of China's power generation.In this context,the NOX emissions from thermal power plants have been growing rapidly.NOX control has become another hot spot in China's environmental protection industry after SO2 control.NOX are one of the major atmospheric pollutants and the main cause of acid rain and photochemical smog.There are a wide variety of NOX treatment technologies developed in the world,and the most successful and representative of commercial application is Selective Catalytic Reduction?SCR?flue gas denitration technology.SCR method has hundreds of successful applications performance and more than 10 years of operation experience in the world.Over 95%of flue gas denitration devices in Japan and Germany adopt SCR technology.Because of its mature technology,high denitration rate and almost no secondary pollution,SCR has become the preferred technology for the upgrade and transformation of flue gas denitration system in domestic thermal power plants.This paper focuses on the basic principle,actual construction and application of denitration system for 200MW unit of thermal power plant using SCR method.The main work contents include:?1?The status of denitration system of 200MW unit is analyzed and the improvement scheme is proposedAccording to the characteristics of 200MW unit and the status quo of the work,from the power plant denitration technology of domestic and international research dynamic,nitrogen oxide?NOx?formation mechanism and control technology,common flue gas denitration technology and choice of denitration technology in thermal power plants,the SCR denitration technology and the maturity of the application of SCR system from several aspects such as comprehensive analysis,this paper argues that by using SCR denitration system is the best upgrading existing denitration system solutions.?2?The basic principle of SCR denitration technology is expoundedThe denitration technology using selective catalytic reduction method refers to the treatment of NOx in flue gas by using ammonia gas?NH3??or CXHY,etc.?as the reducing agent under the effect of catalyst to selectively react with NOx in flue gas under certain temperature conditions and generate non-toxic and pollution-free nitrogen?N2?and water?H2O?.?3?The actual composition and construction of SCR subsystem in denitration system and several key technologies are introducedThe realization of SCR method requires the actual construction of the system to create an appropriate reaction occurrence environment for it,and since the reducing agent NH3 is a harmful gas,the input of NH3 concentration needs to be strictly monitored.This paper introduces the construction of the whole SCR catalytic reduction reaction device and the reaction control system,and studies several technologies related to ammonia gas in detail.?4?The actual construction and several key technologies of the Continuous Environmental Monitoring System?CEMS?are introducedThe work efficiency and efficiency of denitration system need to be monitored in real time by a special CEMS system in order to detect problems and make adjustments accordingly.In this paper,the actual construction of the whole CEMS system is introduced,and the detection technology of gas composition and oxygen content is studied in detail.
