As a new oilfield production process, ultrasonic field unplugging technologydevelops rapidly, providing the energy generated by the ultrasonic power ultrasoniceffect on reservoir, wells and water injection wells, etc., alleviate or eliminateclogging, for oil production and in the late income has important significance.Plugging the power ultrasonic devices is an important part, the power performance isdecides the unblocking effect, the power of ultrasound can greatly promote thedevelopment of ultrasonic unplugging, the meaning is very important..In this paper describes the development and trends of ultrasonic power. Analyzesthe principle of ultrasonic power supply, aims at the high frequency and high powerrequirement of ultrasonic power supply for oilfield as well as the existing problems ofhigh harmonic content, serious tube heating and frequency tracking, adopts a newdesign method and does relevant modeling and simulation.Aiming at the problem that ultrasonic power output waveform has a largeharmonic content, adopts cascade multilevel inverter topology, the output is step wave.Combining with the low harmonic content minimum modulation and width squarewave modulation method, realizes the optimization of power supply output waves, atthe same time improves the utilization rate of the switch tube and solves the problemof power balance. Through MATLAB simulation and prototype test, proves that thecascade multilevel inverter is suitable for application in high frequency high poweroccasion.Switch tube of IGBT and MOSFET has different switch and state characteristics,in order to make full use of the advantages of the two, the parallel mode is used, to agreat extent reduced the IGBT turn-off loss and conduction loss of MOSFET, IGBT isin soft turn off mode. improves the efficiency and reliability. Using PSPICE tosimulate the soft switching IGBT with auxiliary pipe MOSFET, and build the7levelcascade inverter model witch IGBT/MOSFET parallel scheme, the simulation resultsshow that the parallel scheme used in cascade multilevel inverter is feasible. In order to realize the inverter working frequency the same as load resonantfrequency and ensure that the inverter switching devices work in soft zero voltage andzero current switching (ZVZCS) state, this paper designs the phase-locked loop circuit,improves the efficiency of the device. Using MATLAB and PSPICE software to dosimulation analysis of phase-locked loop, the frequency tracking has a good effect.
