In recent years, with the development of economy, the energy demand grows witheach passing day. As one of the three pillars of energy, coal is still in the leading positionin china. Safety mining of coal has been restricting the development of china’s coalindustry. Roof fall accident is high. Coal monitoring equipment is backward, the deviceinformation transmission lines are easy to corrosion and aging and the equipment poorscalability are the indirect causes of the accident. Aiming at these problems and combiningwith the characteristics of mine roadway, this paper designed the mine roadwaysurrounding rock displacement monitoring system based on Wireless Sensor Network andstudied the deployment of the sensor nodes in the tunnel and the routing protocol ofwireless transmission of the system monitoring data.This paper completes the hardware circuit design and the design of routing protocolfrom the displacement sensor, the sensor node, monitoring substation to the PC software.This paper designs displacement sensor according to the potentiometer principle, designsthe sensor node with low power processor MSP430, designs the monitoring substationwith high performance processor LPC1758, uses the wireless transmission module withlow power CC1100as the core chip. This paper presents the sensor node deploymentscheme of an increase in non uniform relay nodes, and is verified by the simulation withMATLAB. It can effectively alleviate the problem of uneven energy consumption of mineroadway band wireless sensor network. According to the node deployment scheme, thispaper presents the GECNP routing protocol. It adopts equidistance to divide the gradient,accords to the gradient clustering, and introduces the residual energy of nodes in thecluster head election. It greatly saves the node energy consumption and improves theenergy balance of the cluster nodes. The data transmission uses single hop within clusterand multi hop within inter cluster. The cluster single hop reduces the energy consumptionof nodes in the cluster. The inter cluster multi hop redundant means to increase thereliability of data transmission. The GECNP routing protocol, LEACH-I and LREMC arecompared by simulation with MATLAB. It verifies the superiority of the GECNP routing protocol in reducing energy consumption of the network and balancing network energy.Finally, this paper builds the simulation platform and completes the on-linedebugging of the whole system, from the energy consumption, the communication, thedisplacement accuracy as well as the alarm several aspects. Through the test data, itverifies the validity and stability of this system.
