Coal mine as a consumer of energy, is closely linked with our life, offers manyconvenience for our life. But the present safety situation of coal mine enterprises inchina is extremely serious, the mortality remains stubbornly high, can’t quickly developa reasonable rescue plan according to the position information of undergroundpersonnel is one of the important factors. Therefore, the establishment of emergencyrescue system quickly and effectively is a kind of effective solution.Underground personnel positioning system use the wireless radio frequencytechnology to access to personnel position. The positioning information is uploaded tothe background system in text form. A positioning information display system hasadvantages of display intuitive, convenient and easy to management.Using geographic information system technology, the paper created a visualizationsystem of underground mine personnel positioning. According to the analysis ofvisualization system functional requirements, the system has the function of real-timemonitoring, staff at the inquiry, attendance management, and emergency plan module.And it can help managers to master the situation of the disaster and personneldistribution, and to provide fast and effective evacuation plans, in order to reduce therescue response time, save the trapped life.The paper uses CAN bus technology to design CAN bus application layer protocolof the underground location station, actualizes the personnel positioning informationuploaded to the backstage management system fast and stable, as well as the personnelparameters information changes and evacuation control command issued.Aiming at the requirement of rapid evacuation when underground disasters happen,through the research on the path planning algorithm analysis, the A*algorithm has theadvantage of high efficiency, good accuracy, the paper designed an evacuation supportsystem to help people leaving after the disaster happened.The paper made a test of the underground mine personnel positioning system, theresults show that the system is fast, intuitive, reliable, can indicate optimal escape pathwhen the underground disasters happen, and help rescue workers to search, whichreaches the intended purpose.
