The development direction of modern coal mines in China is "safe,efficient,clean,intelligent".The core of mine safety and mine intelligence is to realize the precise real-time monitoring of personnel,equipment and environment in the whole mine.The personnel location technology in coal mines is one of the important supporting technologies to achieve "safety and intelligence".In view of the problems of low positioning accuracy,poor stability widely and large amount of calculation existing in the current coal mine personnel location algorithm,this paper proposes an AP selection-Gauss-LQI filtering joint optimization algorithm.According to the experiment,it shows that this optimal algorithm can increase the precision and stability of positioning.The main content and innovation of this paper are listed as follows:(1)The characteristics of the underground roadway in complex environment is studied,and the effects of the electromagnetic wave propagation in the underworkings environment are analyzed.In addition,the applications of the existing classical localization algorithms in underground environment are analyzed and compared.(2)Aiming at the disadvantages of low positioning accuracy and large amount of calculation of current location algorithm for underground personnel in coal mines,this paper improves the classical AP selection algorithm based on information gain using the idea of region division.An AP selection algorithm based on information gain and region division is proposed.Through choosing AP nodes in the positioning area,the positioning accuracy is raised,and the calculation of the algorithm is reduced greatly.(3)To solve the problem of low positioning accuracy and poor positioning stability caused by environmental factors in coal mines,a Gaussian-LQI filtering algorithm is pointed out.In the off-line stage of positioning,the abnormal RSSI data with large fluctuation is filtered using Gaussian filtering algorithm,while in the online stage of positioning,the abnormal jumping RSSI data are filtered by the designed LQI filter.After that,the processed RSSI data with high reliability is used for locating.That can improve the positioning accuracy and positioning stability significantly.(4)By combining the AP selection algorithm based on information gain and region division with the Gaussian-LQI filtering algorithm,this paper proposes an AP selection-Gauss-LQI filtering joint optimization algorithm and optimizes varieties of personnel location algorithms.After the positioning experiments by combining with multiple localization algorithms,the results show that the AP selection-Gauss-LQI filtering joint optimization algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy and stability of different positioning algorithms significantly.(5)In view of the actual production situation of Juji Coal Mine of Henan Yongmei Group,a coal mine personnel positioning system based on Android platform is designed,which realizes the function of the employee's real-time location detecting and the monitoring function of historical location path.
