With the improvement ofliving standards, nitrogen, phosphorus content of sewage is gradually increased, largeamounts of untreated sewage discharged into the water body, a variety of forms ofnitrogen pollutants come into the natural water environment, rich in nitrogen makes thewaters with the algae growth and reproduction of the favorable conditions, resulting inthe waters in high temperature season often occur "bloom","red tide" incident, causedserious environmental pollution and ecological destruction, causing huge economiclosses at the same time, also caused great negative impact to people’s life and society,which happened in Taihu in2007of the "blue" event is a very good.Because the emission standards improve, some built earlier sewage plant dueprocess standards can’t meet the existing standard backward facing the need forupgrading and reconstruction requirements; at the same time, because the economicdevelopment is always beyond expectations, some sewage plant always has not yetreached the age to accept the sewage, the amount has exceeded its maximum amount, atthe same time, the water quality is often exceed the design value, for some reason, hopetechnology to find a low cost, efficient, fast, improve its capacity.According to the factory processing application technology in Chongqing area ofsewage treatment, sewage treatment plant application of the oxidation ditch processaccounted for65%of total sewage treatment plants around, occupies the absoluteadvantage. In the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Chongqing City, the construction ofcity sewage treatment plant in the occupancy rate is as high as70%. At present, a largenumber of sewage treatment plants are facing the shortage of land, extension project oflarge funding gap problem, the low cost of new structures mentioned standardrenovation technology needs. The Three Gorges water long drainage Co., Ltd. wasfounded in2003, is "in addition to typical carbon" sewage treatment plant, problems areuniversal, aiming at this characteristic, at the same time, according to the actualconditions of various sewage treatment plant in Chongqing City, the Three Gorgeswater group long drainage limited wastewater as the research object.After the transformation, the design influent load, the effect of effluent stabilityactivated sludge system:COD≤32mg/L,TN≤13.67mg/L,NH+4-N≤1.63mg/L,TP≤ 1.37mg/L, achieved the expected target of the technology.Strengthening the construction of nitrification in oxidation ditch region on theoriginal ecological system of oxidation ditch activated sludge distribution effect isserious, the larger changes. Due to the hindrance of the upper clapboard, unsmooth flow,a large quantity of sludge sedimentation in the inverted umbrella in front; in the minorgroove section, because of the change of hydraulic condition, the serious part of siltdeposition, bottom sludge concentration up to8000mg/L,appeared the sludge floatingphenomenon.Different aeration methods had a significant effect on microbial physiologicalreaction process nitrification area, through the introduction of aeration differentgrouping experiments for different partition, the experimental results group two watereffect is best, after the front end strong aeration, micro aeration is conducive to theremoval of pollutants. Experimental results show that, by changing the aeration controlpartition of DO, so that different partition form gradient, which is favorable for thedevelopment of the removal of TN and SND.The effect of landfill leachate in shock, treatment effect model: impact on the sameday, COD=43mg/L, TN=14.09mg/L, NH4+N=2.48mg/L; second days water back tonormal: COD≤32mg/L, TN≤13.50mg/L, NH4+—N=1.91mg/L; at the same time, thetreatment effect is: the impact of water in the process, the effluent COD≤25.7mg/L, TN≤12.80mg/L, maintained at a normal level, while the five consecutive days of NH4+-Neffluent concentration of6.9mg/L,5.9mg/L,6.4mg/L,7.1mg/L,5.9mg/L; show thistechnology in the reconstruction of wastewater treatment plant in the actual applicationvalue. With impact water quality impact load, the oxidation ditch sludge activity wasnot inhibited by increasing microbial biomass, maintain the activated sludge systemactivity.
