The wetland biological resources development in Poyang lake is an importantpart of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone development in jiangxi province.Typical wetland plant Artemisia Selengensis Turcz is a kond of vegetables which isrenowned and have high edible and medicinal value in the Poyang Lake.Sedimentand wetland surface soil in Poyang lake had been seriously heavy metal polluted, absorption and enrichment of these heavy metals by Artemisia Selengensis Turczwhich grow on it will threat to people health. Therefore, it is necessary to find out theregularity and characteristics of the Artemisia Selengensis Turcz absorb hevy metal, thought to assess and reduce the eating risk of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz providescientific basis. The typical regions wetland soil and Artemisia Selengensis Turcz growedon it inPoyang Lake was gathered in this paper, and used the pot experimentto simulating theaquatic environment, dry wet alternate environment and drylandenvironment to plantArtemisia Selengensis Turcz, and contrasted with the Artemisia Selengensis Turczgathered in natural environmentof the lake region, analyzed thedistribution ofarsenic, selenium and cadmium in Artemisia Selengensis Turcz and the impact ofEnvironmental conditions, growing period on absorption, enrichment of this threeheavy metal. The main conclusions are as follows:According the absorption and transport characteristics of Artemisia SelengensisTurcz, we can found that: the ability of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz uptake seleniumand cadmium is stronger than aresenic, but with a higher rhizomes transfer coefficientfor cadmium;the arsenic content in the stems of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz is in theMLS level, has potential harm to eat; Due to the stronger Cd accumulation and therhizomes transfer coefficient, the Artemisia Selengensis Turcz has potential foodsafety hazards, the most efficient path to reduce absorbtion of Cd is choice the lowercontamintate soil to plant Artemisia Selengensis Turcz. It is reasonable to adpot formula T3=(fresh material concentration uponthesoi)/(whole plant fresh material concentration)to calculate heavy metal rhizome transfer coefficient. The linear relation between total heavy metals amout absorbed byplants and dry, fresh material concentration of heavy metals is no significant underthe biggish environment otherness conditions. Total heavy metals amoutabsorbed byplants can consider to evaluation the characteristics plant absorption heavy metal.Soil redox condition mainly changed the heavy metal fractions in soil by changethe heavy metal valence, influence the soil pH and organic matter content.Floodedconditions can improve the acidic soil pH, and increaseing follow thetime. The pHwet phase culture immersion fluid can powerful proof it. Soil organic matter can beaccumulated under the wet culture, thus influence the adsorption of heavy metals bysoil colloids.Different moisture management way can change soil redox conditions. Floodingcultivation can reduce the cadmium and selenium effectiveness, but increase arseniceffectiveness in soli. So we can choose the suitable cultivation way that can minimizereduce the harm of heavy metal pollution for differernt soils. There is certainly differences of the characteristic Artemisia Selengensis Turczabsorpt and enrich arsenic, selenium and cadmium between different period underwetland habitat. The main manifestation are:the fractionation of selenium andcadmium under drought conditions conducive Artemisia Selengensis Turcz toabsorpt, but because of lack of moisture, total absorpt amountsan less than Naturalculture conditions; flooded conditions conducive Artemisia Selengensis Turcz toabsorpt arsenic.According to the research conclusion can select the appropriate plantartemisia cultivation way for different properties pollution soil, in order to achieve thepurpose of reducing the harm of heavy metal pollution.
