As a type of cultivated wild vegetable, Artemisia selengensis Turcz. possesses rich nutrition and unique taste, however, its harvest time is so short and only in spring. It is used and processed with its stems, but old stems, leaves and falling Artemisia selengensis Turcz. are thrown away because of scare of deep processing technology. It was recorded that ancient people used Artemisia selengensis Turcz. for herb. It has important health protection function because of possessing of flavone, coumarin and sitosterol etc biology active matter. In this paper, we investigate its dehydration process technology and extract and separate the total flavone from Artemisia selengensis Turcz. The results of studying:1. The conditions of drying Artemisia Selengenses Turcz and dehydration technique were studied. The conditions for scalding was100℃,90s and 75mg/kg ZnSO4. And drying temperature was 85℃. This process destroyed hardly vegetable color, flavour, scent, nourishing ingredient and condensate.2. Development of the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for detection of flavone from Artemisia Selengenses Turcz. We determined the treatment procedure and analysis condition: as rutin for control, this method for detection of total flavone was accurate, good repeatability and precise under wavelength of 254nm.3. The parameters involved in extraction efficiency of total flavone was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The results shown that under the condition of 50% of ethanol, 8.0 of pH, 1:30(w/v) of ratio of feed liquid, 70℃of extraction temperature,40 min, twice extraction, the yield of total flavone was obtained with 13.13mg/g.Moreover, this method was compared with ethanol extraction method and enhanced 15.38% than later method.4. Firstly, clarification treatment was performed for extraction liquid with hyperfiltration, then D101macroporous resin was used for purification. The technological parameters of adsorption were obtained from experiment as follow: 0.254mg/ml of initial concentration of Artemisia selengensis Turcz., pH=4.0, 2.0BV/h of velocity of flow; And technological parameters of elution were obtained as follow: 70% of ethanol for eluent, 2.0BV/h of elution velocity, 5 times of resin volume for eluent. As a result, 78.7%of the concentration of total flavone in extract was obtained with this tfabrication processing.
