This paper mainly aiming at three kinds of poisonous and harmful substances infood and cosmetics was studied,respectively, of phthalate acid esters(phthalates) inmilk powder, penicillin drugs(penicillins) in milk and dyes in hair dyes wasdetermined by analysis.1.Determination of phthalates in milk powder by GC-MS and internal standardmethod. DINP detectable concentration was1mg/kg. The remaining16compoundsdetection concentration can be set at0.01mg/kg, fully able to meet the Ministry ofHealth on maximum residue levels in phthalates requirements. All components of thecalibration curve correlation coefficient were greater than0.998, the threeconcentration adding quantity were within the linear range, and the recovery rateswere greater than90%. Repeatability RSD was less than10%.2.Milk was determined by LC-MS/MS method of penicillins drugs. Sampleswere extracted with aqueous acetonitrile, purified by HLB solid-phase extractioncolumn. Using LC-MS/MS detection, matrix external standard method, peak area forquantitative. Dicloxacillin detectable concentration can be set at0.10μg/kg. Theremaining6compounds detection concentration can be set at0.02μg/kg, fully ableto meet the limits of our country of penicillins drugs in milk regulations. Allcomponents of the calibration curve of the correlation coefficients were greater than0.999. Adding a concentration of10μg/kg,20μg/kg,30μg/kg, and the recoveryrates were greater than70%. Repeatability RSD was less than10%.3.Determination of dyes in hair dyes by HPLC-DAD method. Sample wasdiluted with10%sodium bisulfite solution-ethanol (1:1) the mixed solution,extracted the dye with ice water bath and ultrasonic.12kinds of dye detectableconcentration was19~22μg/g. All components of the calibration curve of thecorrelation coefficients were greater than0.999. The calibration curve correlationcoefficients were greater than0.999, the concentration of the recovery of2000μg/g,3000μg/g,4000μg/g rate were greater than95%. Repetitive RSD was less than4%.
